I am an anemic and both times doctors have said it was due to the anemia I do not see how this is possible because ive constantly followed the diet they wanted me to to insure that i have a healthy baby.

Take prenatal vitamins while TTC and throughout the pregnancy. It will help your body be better prepared for the pregnancy. Good Luck.

I should have known since my mom and sister are anemic also. The doctor said that I need to buy iron pills. What kind is the best for pregnancy? I’d like to just go to Wal-greens and buy them, if possible.
By the way, I don’t need Prenatal Vitamins. I already have those. I need Iron Pills for anemia.

Yeah, you can just go buy some iron pills, they are normally known as Ferrous Sulfate.
My doctor however said to get a high dosage amount, but I would say if your anemia isn’t that bad, get a 65 mg. (:
