Hi Grant,
I was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia in September 2001. I received my ATG treatment and look at me I am still here. I stay positive as much as I can. Life is good, I keep myself busy I don’t have time to think about my disease. That’s me: White blood cells: 2900 Plateles: 34000. Everything else is normal.
I learnt to life with it.
You and everyone else can do it, too.

It’s strange and …
It’s strange and interesting, and obviusly good!!! Normally the ATG turn down the blood cells in the first days of treathment cause the toxicity, but is a great notice, maybe he doesnt need the transplant if the inmunosupresors therapy works fine. And probably the ATG works so fine for the short time between diagnose and aplication. (a excuse for my bad english).
Good luck and “Saludos” ^^
