i am an Ethiopian recently diagnosed with aplastic anemia. Where can i find treatment nearby?

The doctors recommended me bone marrow transplantation. i want to do it but i can’t afford the medical expenses. What other options do i have? Write me soon please.
I am sorry to hear that but I live in the US now and only know of the hospitals in Boston that do this. They are the best in the world in my opinion. But as far as Ethiopia. you should try the Internet in your country. Perhaps there is a hospital there. Start with your country, that is your best bet. Sorry, can’t give you any other help. You should post this in a forum besides UNITED STATES. Most of us live in the UNITED STATES, so posting a question from someone living in ETHIOPIA to someone living in the UNITED STATES isn’t going to help you.
