natural anemia treatment?

I am chosing to go vegan but I am anemic and worried because red meat usually helps them and when i dont eat it they are worse and more frequent…..any suggestions???

if it is an iron-deficiency anemia, iron pills should help. there are some good ones over the counter. ask your doctor for a suggestion. he or she can even prescribe iron pills.

brocolli is full of iron so is spinach .. try incorporatign those into ur diet . iron pills may be benefitial . a multi vitiman ingeneral may be good if ur going to become a vegan to keep your immune system and allur vits at a good level.

Take 4 – 6 prunes every day. This is a natural
medicine. No harm continuing taking Prunes
for ever. Cucumber is also a very good source
of natural iron.
