    dont be silly you …
    dont be silly you are taking way too much iron consumption. Anemia is reverseable condition i have had it when i was 16 i m 25 now and i made it. You should try natural organic eating habit because it has zero side effects.I say this because causes of heart attach caused by anemia is due to one stupid side effect so when u avoid medical crap and eat natural vegetables and fruits with high volume of iron u reduce death by 75%. Believe me! Go look for fruits and dry nuts with high volume of iron.

    @sexysamir, don’t …
    @sexysamir, don’t worry, just have it checked so you can treat it, if necessary. Deal w/issues ASAP so they don’t get out of hand. More hemoglobin in blood usually indicates congenital heart disease (dietary changes may be in order), or Cor pulmonale (failure of right side of heart, often caused by long-term high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries & right ventricle of the heart). Your age is in your favor, but see a doc to possibly minimize worries in the future. Best of luck to you.

    Then, the red-blood …
    Then, the red-blood cells and hemoglobine transport oxigen throughout the body, and release it to all our cells and tissues. When the hemoglobine molecules are emptied, they attract carbon dioxide and other waste gases, which they take back to the lungs to be exhaled. Anemia occurs when there are too few blood cells, or not enough hemoglobine. Exhaustion is the common sign of anemia.

    Our red blood cells …
    Our red blood cells make up 40% of our blood’s volume. They’re made continuously in the bone marrow, looking like flattened doughnuts without the holes. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, a bright-red protein, which gives blood its color. When we breathe, as our blood passes through our lungs, oxigen molecules attach to the hemoglobin.
